Every account has a confirmed email.
Phone and ID only appear on a profile once verified, so you know exactly what has been checked.
Ratings after every trip
Drivers and passengers rate each other at the end of the trip.
Ratings stay on the profile and help everyone choose well.
Secure payment in the app
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card never touches Vinda.
Always pay in the app: if the trip is cancelled or changes, you’re covered.
Messages inside the app
Agree the pick-up point and the details in the chat.
You don’t need to share your phone number.
